Our clients start by getting pre-qualified for a home through a reputable lender. Having a pre-qualification letter shows sellers that you’re serious, which can give you additional leverage at the negotiation table.
From there, we’ll have our first consultation, where we’ll get to better know what you’re looking for in a home, how much you’re looking to spend, and everything in between. This is a great time for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have about the process moving forward
Our intake form goes over all of the important information we need to get started. It only takes around five minutes to complete, and it will make sure we know exactly what you are looking for.
Next, we’ll get to work for you immediately—using our vast network of resources to search current and up-and-coming listings. We’ll schedule tours and open houses at your convenience, and we’ll be there to guide you through each property.
At the negotiation table, we’ll work tirelessly to get you the best deal on your chosen property and ensure that your best interests are being represented right away. It’s also important that you go into this process fully educated. This workshop will help you navigate the negotiation process like a pro.
